Natasha Pavey (she/her) is a theatre maker, creative producer, and climate justice activist from Exeter, Devon. At 16, she co-founded Fridays for Future Exeter and has spent six years driving climate action — from confronting politicians with Green New Deal Rising to creating spaces for young people to navigate climate anxiety with Force of Nature. She blends arts and activism to inspire change, pushing the creative industries to take responsibility for the climate crisis through networks like Theatre Green Captains UK and Culture Declares Emergency. Recent wins include persuading Theatre Royal Plymouth, the UK’s largest regional producing theatre, to cut oil sponsorship and declare a Climate Emergency, and leading Rose Bruford to become the first specialist drama school in the UK to reject fossil fuel funding. In 2025, she was named one of In Place of War’s 100 Creative Agents of Climate Change, striving to use the arts to inspire action and connect people and planet.
