Holly Johnsen-Fontanelli

Holly is the Record Label Coordinator for EarthSonic and In Place of War and serves as the Global Music Advisory Board Assistant. Holly is a versatile music industry professional with extensive experience across diverse cultures and sectors. Her career includes roles at Ministry of Sound (Label), Abbey Road’s Live Here Now, Mute Records (EMI), and Nimax Theatres in London’s West End. She spent ten years living in Brazil, where she dedicated time to raising her children and became engaged in environmental advocacy amidst the Amazon fires crisis. Currently based in Italy, Holly spent the past three years working at MusixMatch, a leading music tech company, developing expertise in content curation, metadata, and music publishing. Holly also hosts an ecstatic dance event in Bologna called Ecstatic Grooves, blending her love for DJing and wellness to create conscious music events. Holly is currently completing a degree in Social Sciences and is a volunteer at Earth Percent.
