In Place of War Youth Working Group

The In Place of War Youth Working Group brings together young people working at the intersection of arts, climate, and social change to actively shape the direction of our work. We are committed to ensuring our programmes remain responsive and relevant to young people's needs and aspirations, and we recognise that young people's lived experience, insight, and knowledge are essential to making our work more impactful, inclusive, and sustainable. Members work alongside key governance structures, including our Board of Trustees, to embed youth-informed decision-making across the organisation. We value the unique perspectives our members bring and want to create real opportunities for them to influence strategy, connect with a global network of creatives and cultural sector professionals, and grow through mentoring, training, and engagement with the wider creative sector.
