Damian Morgan

Damian is a music industry professional with a background in management, artist development, and education. He has worked with icons from The Smiths, New Order, Oasis, and more, contributing to the legacy of major UK acts. Based at Manchester’s New Century Hall, he is Industry & Employability Lead [North] at dBs Institute, supporting emerging talent. He also lectures at LIPA and the Royal Northern College of Music and sits on several influential music boards, including the Greater Manchester Music Commission and Liverpool Sound City.

Through his consultancy, 70twenty10, Damian continues to support artists at all stages of their journey, combining deep industry knowledge with a passion for artist-led development.
