My Mother, The Ocean by Charlotte Church

A new single from the upcoming Flow album: 'My Mother, The Ocean’ by Charlotte Church released 22 September 2026 on Equinox Day and available to pre-save now.

“It’s an offering of love and reverence to Mother Ocean and Mother Water,” said Charlotte Church.

The release comes ahead of EarthSonic’s Flow album, a 16-track record involving artists of nine different nationalities, including Nadine Shah (UK), Sohini Alam (British-Bangladeshi), Jaloo (Brazil), Madame Gandhi (India/USA), and more.

The single will also be accompanied by three remix tracks set to be released later this year.

Charlotte Church said of the Flow project: “I am so honoured to be part of Flow. I really love the work that In Place of War does, I love how generatively they work and how they support places of war and hardship.

“I am honoured to be a part of this with other women who honour water and nature around the world.”
