I’m a queer artist living and working in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. I typically use oil pastels or wax pastels to create illustrations of natural forms inspired by the landscapes surrounding me. I experiment with colour as a way of appreciating nature, whilst knowing that I can never fully replicate its beauty. I like the freedom of using any colour and expressing what I see through wild mark making.
Project Goals for the next 6-12 Months
I’d love to collaborate with organisations/activists to aid their cause and push their message through the use of my artwork. This could be commissioning a piece, licensing my work for use in publications or simply sharing creative ideas. I’m open to discussions on how to collaborate further.
