Razif bin Somuil, known by the stage name Razif Ajip, is from Kudat, Sabah, Malaysia, and belongs to the Rungus ethnic community. He serves as Chairman of ANSAMUNG, the Kudat Association of Customs, Arts and Culture.

He is a Rungus Mongigol Sumundai dancer and instructor, a traditional Rungus vocalist, and a musician in the Rungus gong ensemble, as well as a traditional instrumentalist on the Sundatang, Urali, Uruding and Sompoton. He is also an apprentice Rungus Bobolizan, a practitioner of Rungus customs and traditional beliefs, and a researcher and cultural activist dedicated to Rungus arts and heritage.

Internationally, Razif has represented Rungus culture in Taiwan through the 2024 Voice of the Ocean International Austronesian Musicians Residency, the 2025 International Jaw Harp Forum (Taiwan and Southeast Asia Cultural Sustainability Exchange Project), the 2025 Amis Music Festival, the 2026 Voice of the Ocean residency, and the 2026 Ketagalan Cultural Centre International Forum on Indigenous Music, Culture and Heritage in Taipei.

Through the ANSAMUNG Model, he trains younger generations in Rungus arts and culture while promoting Sabah's cultural heritage. His motto: "Preserving cultural heritage for future generations."
