A Sabahan cultural worker, creative director, curator, and Indigenous heritage advocate from Sabah, Malaysia. She is the President of Pertubuhan Kolektif Seni Budaya Sabah (PKSBS), a community-based cultural and environmental arts collective committed to preserving and promoting Sabah’s living heritage, traditional knowledge, artistic practices, and ecological connections.

Her work focuses on creating meaningful platforms for Indigenous communities, cultural practitioners, artists, musicians, and younger generations to sustain and share their cultural knowledge. She has curated and collaborated on regional Indigenous arts and cultural exchange programmes, including initiatives connecting communities in Sabah and Taiwan and within the wider Austronesian region. Juliana is also the founder and curator of the North Borneo Rainforest Festival (NBRF), an international community-driven platform that brings together culture, music, arts, heritage, and environmental awareness.

Grounded in community and cultural continuity, her practice advocates for greater recognition of Sabah’s Indigenous voices and knowledge while creating opportunities for communities to shape, document, and carry their heritage forward.
