Jonathan Berry is Founder of The Kindness Forecast & Tyler Grange. The Kindness Forecast began in 2023 as a self-funded social experiment with a simple mission: to explore and amplify acts of kindness to people and planet. It’s through this new initiative that simple acts of kindness are transformed into tangible impact - from anonymous coffee gifting to funding climate education for children and supporting young activists in getting their voices heard by covering travel costs, providing pay-it-forward access to conferences and workshops, and spreading appreciation through simple handwritten thank-you notes.

Jonathan is also a Trustee of Awesome CiC. Certified Facilitator of Lego® Serious Play® Method and Co-Founder and Managing Director of environmental consultancy Tyler Grange, which is a private consultancy of 100+ people specialising in arboriculture, ecology, landscape planning and green infrastructure, offering support to a diverse range of clients from 8 offices across the UK. Tyler Grange is a 4-day week business and certified B Corp that promotes full pay transparency and a culture that values people being able to be their authentic selves, whilst delivering innovative project outcomes for people and planet.
