Creative climate action is outpacing the systems meant to support it. Young people are bringing climate and culture together - building movements that combine creativity, community and climate justice.

Yet, according to the Youth Climate Funding Study, only 0.96% of grants from the world's largest climate foundations went to youth-led climate justice efforts between 2022 and 2024. We need to champion youth creative climate leaders.

Welcome to the EarthSonic Youth Climate Hub!

This is the go-to space for 18-30 year olds involved in creative climate action to access opportunities curated by the EarthSonic team.

Scroll down to discover the EarthSonic Youth Pledge, our flagship programme, as well as learning how else to connect with EarthSonic as a young person.

Thank you from us and the planet, for engaging in our collective mission.

EarthSonic Youth Pledge

Our project connecting creative climate leaders aged 18–30 with leaders from the global music and creative industries.

The first stage of the Pledge is focused on listening to, supporting and connecting young people working at the intersection of creativity and climate action.

Stage 1: Mentorship & Industry Connections

This autumn, we are offering two separate opportunities:

  • A 3-month mentorship programme - tailored 1-1 sessions with a leader from the global music or creative industries, focused on your personal climate leadership and professional goals.

  • Online industry lunches - a series of informal, one-off conversations with leaders from across the music and creative industries, offering opportunities to connect, share ideas and ask questions.

You can apply for one or both opportunities through the form.

The deadline is 7 September, but we’ll review applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply now.

The form below should take around 15–20 minutes to complete. Bullet points and notes are absolutely fine.
